A Playlist of Upbeat Songs

If you love music and are looking for some songs that will lift your spirits, I’ve compiled a bit of an eclectic mix!

As I mentioned in my post about my Upbeat Christian Playlist, I’ve been seeking out songs that lift my mood, especially since my fibromyalgia has made me more sensitive to stimuli, and chronic illness can easily get you down. What better way than music with a positive message and dance-worthy beat to lift your spirits!

Most of the links in this post are affiliate links, which means I receive a portion of sales, at no additional cost to you, if you click through and make a purchase. All recommendations are my own. Thank you for supporting my blog through your purchase!

I was pretty picky when putting this list together. Normally, I don’t like to listen to a song more than once in a row, and these are among the few songs I find myself putting on repeat. I’m always excited to hear the first notes of these songs! Some of them have a message that says, “Yes, I can do this!” and all of them make me want to dance. Oddly enough, listening to music I used to dance to helps me not miss being able to dance quite as much.

You can follow the links to purchase these songs. You may also want to see if your public library offers free music downloads—that’s how I downloaded some of these songs!

You can also try Amazon Music Unlimited for a free 30-day trial. They offer tens of millions of songs to choose from as you put together an upbeat playlist that matches your style!

Without further ado, here is my playlist of upbeat music. *Cue singing in the shower.*
