Choosing a Focus for Each Month + Free Printables

Throughout this year, I’ve been trying an experiment choosing a focus for each month. I love setting and achieving goals, and lately I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about how to make goals more attainable. So I’m changing the way I set goals and sharing what I learned with you all!

I really love the idea of setting multiple big goals at the beginning of a new year, but this year that felt really out of reach, and honestly self-defeating, as the last couple years my chronic illnesses and new health issues have prevented me from reaching goals.

So I decided to choose a focus for each month—not a set number of to-do’s or things I had to complete by a certain time. To me, a focus is flexible and helps guide where I put my energy and what I work on.

    Mischievous Cat Printables

Happy October my friends! I’m excited to share these cat silhouette printables with you. I had a lot of fun making them because they are inspired by two of my favorite cats. October seems like the perfect time to add some black cats to my décor. I hope you love them too!

Since I can’t have any pets right now due to my health, I’m very fortunate that my family and friends share their cats with me. Today’s printables are inspired by my “adopted” cats: Bunny and Tigger.

    Christmas Printables—Mason Jar Labels

Today I’m sharing a fun way to make your holiday gifts and desserts look more colorful and festive. You can use my Christmas mason jar labels for gifting desserts, labeling presents, decorating at holiday parties, and more.

I’m one of those people who loves holiday decorations, so I love the bright colors and trimmings of Christmas! One of the challenges for me though is food allergies. I wish my food was decked out for winter, but so many of the decorations that are available have dyes or ingredients I can’t eat. So my creative solution is to decorate and gift my desserts using my mason jar labels.

Fruits of the Spirit Printables + Mini Devotional

I’m excited to share my free Fruits of the Spirit printables with you today! This subway art based on Galatians 5:22-23 is a great tool for Bible verse memorization and meditation on God’s Word. I’m also sharing a mini devotional on spiritual growth and ways to further study this wonderful verse:

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23 NASB)

I love the phrase “fruits of the Spirit” from scripture, and as someone who loves to garden, I always look forward to harvest time. As we continue into harvest season this year, there is so much rich truth in this verse to unpack! Here’s what I think this verse has to teach us.
